Add "Close Case" button in email notificaion.

Hello,

I have a requirement that have a add a button in email notification reference to "Accept Solution" and "Reject Solution" in email notification from Now Support but instead of accept and reject only "Close Case" button only. How to do that?

Hi, I think you would need to follow the same base process as the OOB approval process
Email to client containing close case button, this generates a response email with a defined subject
The received email is parsed by inbound action and case is updated as required.
The OOB inbound action for approvals would be a good starting point for this
