On the quick links I need to add a short description as well as an image, can you help me please
I manage to put the short description via the configuration menu but when I make this adjustment, the image disappears as in this example:

There are limited variation available for the quick links. If you want to have an Short description you have to add the Icon as icon + Description is available as variation and not with the Background Image.
Goto ALL -> Employee Center -> Quick Links.
Open the "Printer Issue" quick link. Click on Related Links -> View link Variations :
Here you will have all the available variations. Select that applies to your use case.
