Add To and CC in Quick message template

Hi everyone,

              I am currently working on Quick messages on email client for Customer Service Management. I am able to do quick email templates and it's availability based on users and groups. But is there a way to add to and CC in quick email template or link client template to quick mail template since client template has TO and CC option available?
