Hi All,
I have a requirement to remove Add to Cart button from Catalog item page.
For ITIL user from Service Catalog view, i have removed the button as follows:
Now i want to remove it from Service Portal page:
I followed below steps:
o enable the shopping cart for a catalog item:
- Navigate to a catalog item on the Service Catalog page in Service Portal.
- CTRL+right-click a catalog item widget to open the widget instance options.
- Select or clear the Show Add Cart Button option to enable or disable the shopping cart for that particular catalog item.
But as per the 3rd line, it says that it is disabled for particular catalog item.
I want to disable it for all catalog items. Please suggest !!
Regards,
Geet

Hi
Go to page in designer from the page, there you will see this page :-
Go to the properties of the Widget SC Catalog Item Depricated (click the pencil) and see below image :-

Ok, This No cart Worked for me.
But i have one confusion.
I found below steps from docs page
- Navigate to a catalog item on the Service Catalog page in Service Portal.
- CTRL+right-click a catalog item widget to open the widget instance options.
- Select or clear the Show Add Cart Button option to enable or disable the shopping cart for that particular catalog item.
These steps hide Add to Cart button from service portal page.
You also gave me steps to go in Page in Designer and then open properties. That also helps to hide Add to Cart button.
I want to know the difference between both the steps as they both are achieving similar outputs.
Regards,
Geet

Hi geet,
They both resemble the same output. But places to do from are different. Please mark correct answer to close the thread.
