Add User to AD group through Microsoft AD Spoke is not working as expected. I see group is available in AD.
What is the issue and why am I getting the error while adding user to the group?

Hi @Admin7267
Could you please check once the MID server is online and properly configured.
also the account which is used for integration is having necessary rights to update group and add user?

the error clearly says access denied.
Did you check the user account you are using has access to create and add user to that group?
