Adding a third party integration on to DevOps Change Application ServiceNow

We have a requirement where we have to onboard a CloudBees tool on to DevOps Change Application. Please let us know how to on-board different integration apart from the OOB ServiceNow integrations [Integrations from DevOps Integration Application]
