Adding an attachment into a Canned Message / Quick Message

Morning

I have created a Quick Message and attached a document, but when we go to use the Quick Message the attachment has not pulled through.

Any one had this as well ?

Unfortunately it is not possible to set an attachment to show when using canned emails.

The only solution i could find which I did not deem reasonable was to use a script to add the attachment but that would be into the email not as a proper attachment which is why it isn't suitable.

Thanks that is what we also found in that you could not add the attachments when creating them. I got round it but putting a hyperlink to location of document.
