adding approvals to my requests widget

Afternoon all,

 

I am in the process of adding in approvals to the "my requests" widget as an additional tab, but it is not pulling through the approval record (there is one) screenshot with error below

Agree Jack but if a requirement did not bring value, then it is not a valid requirement.
