We have a requirement to change the short description on a RITM guided task board to a Catalog Item variable, "short_title".
I've tried using creating a form view based on a knowledge article our Impact rep sent us, but it isn't working. I've also tried a System UI view and adding elements to it. That only allowed me to use the variables as list columns.
Is it possible to add Catalog Item variables to a VTB form view in such a way that they can be selected in the form layout slush bucket or Form Builder? Can that view then be used for a guided task board?
