Adding category in the Service catalog

Hello,

I am trying to add a new category in the service catalog.

I have followed the below steps

Service catalog-> click on the + sign-> selected the catagory-> add here

Category is being added

But when am refreshing the page the category is disappearing.Can some one help me where am wrong?

I think you are following the right process.

You can see something similar to the next image right ?

And after the selection you should end with something like this.

Is this happening with all the categories ?

Did you check if the category is available for specific groups or users ?

Maybe this is the reason

When ever adding new its happening
