Hi Saranya

I don't know if this is related with the catalog issue you are experiencing but this message is shown by the system when you are trying to create a duplicated UI View.

OOB this is the list of UI View created for the different catalogs. You can see there is already one named catalog_default.

If you have the admin role you can try this other way to add element to the catalog

Navigate to

- Home page admin > Pages

Search for the one named 'Catalog'

Catalog___ServiceNow.png

Click Edit and use the 'add content' button

Try in this way and check if this is giving you the same issue

hello

same issue

I clicked add here

find_real_file.png

new category came.

I refreshed the page, now its gone

Could you please navigate to

System UI > Views

and search for 'catalog' and check how many views you have.

Could you please also check if the categories you are picking up have items or sub categories attached ?

Could you please check if you have any other type of restrictions on the categories (e.g. available for user or entitlement scripts) ?

Hey bro,

At-last I found the solution..this instance was domain separated one.I have changed it to global. It worked fine. Some small issue will really take time

Any way thank you very much for help
