Adding description on Approval record

I'm triggering Ask for Approval in flow designer for one of the catalog item and I want to add description to that approval record. How can I do that?
I know we can do this with Business rule for that particular catalog item but I have multiple catalog item with multiple description so I don't think it makes sense to have those many Business rules.

It's one rule, just with multiple triggers (if cat item is x or y or z, copy description), or am I missing something?
