Adding request details to ServiceNow CSM portal

Hello All, 

 

Within the CSM portal when a user submits a request, on the landing page after the user has submitted the request. I would like to see the request details in the top right of the page. 

 

I have attached an image to demonstrate what I need. 

 

Any Ideas? I can't seem to get it added to the page.
