additional comment notification, visible to requestor/approver group

Hello,

I am tasked to create a condition or script for a notification to trigger only when the requestor or approval team adds to the additional comments field. At the moment the notification triggers multiple times as well as triggering when the automated comments from the system are added. Please advise.

Have you checked current.comments.lastmodifieldby?? i don't think you get anything here!!!

Why don't you compare with current.sys_updated_by (make sure you check with user id field).
