Additional Comments issue in Service Portal for end users

Hi,

 

We had found an issue in our Instance that the old comments in the Additional comments field is not displayed on Service Portal for Incidents.
In some random Incidents ( Incidents with so many activities recorded ), the initial comments in the ticket is not visible after so many activities recorded.

For example, let's say an Incident with 30 additional comments. Sometimes the user can only see the comments from the 5th comment onwards (It is having a weird behavior. Only few incidents have this issue and it is not depending on the number of Additional comments the Incident have )

 

Is there any limitation in ServiceNow for number of activities recorded in an Incident on Portal view.? 

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

 

Note : The Issue is only appearing in Portal View and it is working as expected in Native view.
