Additional sys id visible under gatekeeper variable in front end

HI ,

 

When I am submitting a event & live commn request ,under gatekeeper variable,a sys_id is visible with names of user.I tried matching sys id with users ,Its not showing. I want to remove this sys id.How can I achieve this?
