Adhoc taskings

I am having an issue with Adhoc tasking, I am not able to see New UI Action even if Adhoc is on.

Where should I investigate this?

Is this about catalog tasks under RITMS?

Go to task related list on RITM.

Go to configure>>list control.

check "Omit new button" is marked false.

I have checked it before, the Omit Button is false.
Yet I am not able to see the New Action.
