ADR Due Date Email Suppression Requirement

Hi all,

 

I have a requirement involving a field called ADR Due Date, which is automatically populated as 50 days from the Complaint Raised date. An event is also triggered to send an email on the 50th day.

 

However, if the email has already been queued and “Exempted from ADR” is later set to false, the queued email should not be sent.

 

Any idea how this can be implemented.
