AES - List Collector (Multi-Select) Variable

Hello, I created a form in flow designer and one of the questions is using the list collector to grab more than one persons name. When I use the Send Email and go to grab that variable, it does not expand down to grab the names. If I add just the variable name it displays the sys_id in the Send Email. How can I change the sys_id to the actual name selected in for form?
