@avig If you have already been waiting for quite some time for your instance to wake up then I suggest you to release the existing PDI instance and request for a fresh one. Unfortunately, there is no official support available for the Personal Development Instances and requesting a new instance is only solution available to resolve it.

Thanks Sandeep for you reply, I need that PDI because I have some work there that I do not have backup for it.. in the past it happened, and I got my PDI back somehow. But my question is how come after only 2-3 days of inactivity it goes offline while it said after 10 days of inactivity ??

@avig PDIs are temporary in nature and their availability in not always guaranteed. Generally, a PDI is available for 10 days, however I have seen cases where the PDI was reclaimed within 1 or 2 days after their creation.
I recommend you to wait for some time to see if your instance comes back alive, if that doesn't happen then request for a new one. Also, make sure to take regular backup of your work by capturing them in update set and download the copies of the update set from instance at a regular interval.
Hope this helps.

I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:
- There is no support available for PDI.
- If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
- You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.
There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
