After business rule

In incident form i have wrote one business rule for to populate first name, last name and email after filling user reference field . It is working fine for before business rule but for after business rule the fields are not populating.
 
for after business rule also when we reload the form the fields supposed to populate right. please guide me.
here string_1,string_2,string_3 are backend values of first name last name and email
