Hi Team ,
There is a requirement on problem form where after clicking on 'Approval for cancel' button
Approval for cancellation should be sent to the following depending on the condition.
Currently all approvals are going to Problem Manager Approver group.
Condition 1:
Priority: 1 and 2
Cancellation Code: Critical Incident DOWNGRADED to P3
Approval should be sent to user1, user 2,user3
Condition 2:
Priority: 1 and 2
Cancellation Code: Ticket is Invalid
Approval should be sent to Problem Manager Approver (ServiceNow-Global-Problem-Approver)
I don't have much idea on development, can some help me that how can i achieve the requirement.
Condition 3:
Priority: 3 and 4
Cancellation Code: Ticket is Invalid
Approval should be sent to Assignment Group's Problem Approver
