After placing a report on the service portal using the report widget, it becomes inaccessible.

Currently, we are displaying reports on the service portal using the report widget. While reports are normally viewable, users with the snc_external role assigned cannot view them.
The report itself has the snc_external role assigned, and the custom tables used by the report and Is it because there are additional items that need to be permitted in the ACL? If anyone knows, please let me know.
Additionally, if there is a way to display reports or report-like content within the service portal, please advise on that method.
Please provide alternatives to placing dashboards.
