After upgrading to Australia release, the system redirects to invalid link after login

Hi All,

 

We have recently upgraded to Australia version. When an user tries to login and logout and relogin - after submitting valid credentials it redirects to /report_viewer.do instead of /nav/ui/home.

 

Any idea, what can be the issue?

Hi @User205031 

I am using the latest version and have not encountered this issue. Could you please check the login page redirection once? For me, it is redirecting to the default landing page after login.

1.  Try to use Incognito/Inprivate window of browser , Check

2. Type Cache.do in Application navigator and enter and then Check

3. Repair Service Operation workspace plugin

things to check

1) happening for all users or some users

2) how about admin?

3) if you are sure nothing changed after upgrade and it was working fine previoulsy then raise Case with ServiceNow
