After Vancouver Upgrade Service field(cmdb_ci_service) of Incident is missing some values? How to update the same.
We have observed cmdb_ci_service table and and (cmdb_ci_business_app) has those records as Operational Status as "Non Operational" and are not in sync.
Can we make it Operational Status as "Operational" and make it work?

Hi @VIKAS45
The Service field of incident is pointing to Business Service ( cmdb_ci_service ) table , if you are admin then you can check the ACL on this table , if something restricted for admin or non-admin or itil users due to that services are showing based on user's role. Please check the share the findings.
-Thanks

Are you checking in PDI?
A suggested by expert @AshishKM check the ACL first so that you can get to know what is stopping value or if its PDI , make it operational move forward.
