Agent chat. Agent's status doesn't change automatically from Available to Off after inactivity time.

Hello,

 

I have an Agent chat problem. Agent's status doesn't change automatically from Available to Off after inactivity time (1 minute) in a workspace.

There is an OOB Scheduled job "AWA - Set Inactive Agents Offline " which should run every 1 minute. I checked it, it is active, but it doesn't work.  I stayed 2 hours in workspace and nothing happened, I am still available. 

 

Can somebody help me?
