Agent workspace ServiceNow ATF - Incident Form

Hi All

I am working on ATF related to Agent workspace. But Incident form has issue while creating and also submitting through ATF. 

1. Sub category field cannot be set while I am using a separate step for that. Error : Unable to set field 'subcategory' to value 'db2'. Value 'db2' is not currently a valid choice. While it is a valid choice while submitting manually.

2.The Save option is not working on the Agent Workspace form. Error :  Attempted to perform step in 'Agent Workspace' but was not in that workspace.

 

Can anyone please help out with any solution.

Are you using a custom workspace or the OOTB Agent Workspace in your ATF?

When ATF states to open a form in the Agent Workspace UI, it quite literally means the Agent Workspace and not a custom workspace.  This may be your issue.

Thank you for your reply. I am able to create the interaction but the issue occurs for inciden, request. I am new to this Agent workspace part.

Can you help me out with how to determine if it is a custom workspace or not. As in the Form UI I am selecting Agent workspace.

How do users get to the workspace outside of the ATF?  This will tell you if you have a custom workspace or not.  The OOTB module is 'Agent Workspace Home' any other workspaces outside of that would not be Agent Workspace.  If you have screenshots of the modules under Workspace Experience that will help in tracking down the issue.

It is OOB as it is 'Agent Workspace Home'. The Create incident option is suppose to take the values from 'Set field value' option but it is not taking.

Also the Save option is not working.
