Is there a way to add context menu in any Workspace in ServiceNow. So that the users will be able to use "Add to Visual Task Board" that is available on the Context Menu.

No, @Madhuri8 we cant create context menu in SOW.

 

You can create a UX action and map it to SOW but it will be good customization.

Thank you Atul G. for the reply. I have added a button on the workspace. Can you or someone from the community provide the script so that I can open the Visual task board and add the task on the board when I click on the button.

You can get the code from UI action but you need to modify the same as per requirment.
