AI Agents are missing after upgrade

In AI Agent Studio after upgrade

We are getting a message “20 rows removed from this list by security constraints”.

Tried all community posts but not resolved

anyone encountered same issue and resolved please share your thoughts

Hi @Balakrishna_ABK 

It looks like an ACL may be blocking it. Try repairing the AI Agent plugin first, as I assume this is your client instance. If it still doesn't work, log a new support case, as the issue may be related to the recent upgrade.

Use the ServiceNow Access Analyser  to determine exactly which ACLs are restricting access.
