Ai Search - Can I not allow users to search for HR Cases via the AI Search in the portal?

Hi there,
currently, users can search for HR Cases via the Ai Search in our Portal. Would there be a way to prevent that?

Hi Kevin,
It is hard to say without more information on the setup you have in your environment. The first place I would check is the "search profile" associated to your "search application" that is linked to that portal. On the related list in the "search profile" there are the "search sources" that would normally have conditions on them as to what they would search. It is possible there is a source that is searching HR cases but that is only a guess.

Hi k_lutz,
I checked under the Search Sources for anything HR related and found nothing.. 😞
It's really when there's an 'Exact match' for a HR Case number, I'd like to disable that feature, but can't find where I could do that

Can you check under this location in the VA? It can use a search application as well. Ours is linked to Virtual Agent Default Search Application. It did not work trying to find HR cases. Check if there is the HR linked there?
You could also try excluding them in the search profile specifically.
