AI Search for ESC portal : Stop words and Synonyms should be configured in which Application Scope

Hi All,

 

I am implementing AI search for HR (ESC portal), so wanted to know in which scope shall I create Stop words and synonyms, should it be in Global or in Employee service center :core scope. 

Asking this because the default stop words that is OoTB present is in Global Scope: core scope

I beleive it should be Global Scope since the stop word table belongs to Global.
