AI search redirecting to another page

I'm having a problem that when the user click in a suggestion in ai search it redirects them to the form page but it's not the form in the portal address "Portal/?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=itemID" intead it redirects to the address "com.glideapp.servicecatalog_cat_item_view.do?v=1&sysparm_id="

Is there a way to fix this?
