Hello,
We have implemented the AI search & contextual search in incident form. We have below further requirement:
1) The search results should be displayed under the 'short description' or 'right side' of the form near the submit button.
2) In search results and knowledge articles, if you click on the 'solve my issue' option and then 'confirm', the 'Thank you' message should show up and take you to the home page.
Could you please help me to achieve this.
