Hi all,

AI Search on service portal is implemented for 3 tables kb, catalog and case. The issue occurs when end user is trying to search for a case number and he finds no results. Eg, User aaron in the snip below has 7 cases in his bucket. When he tries to search for any one case in the search result it shows zero results found.

 Unsure on where I need to make changes in the configuration as I am new to AI Search.

If as an admin user, am trying to search for a case - it works well.

Check the following:

 

1. You have re-indexed your Search Source

2. You have re-published the related Search Profile 

3. Check that Search Profile is associated with your portal
