All Global List Actions – Added Automatically on New UX Action Configuration

Need to know more about the 'All Global List Actions'—the 4 out-of-the-box global list actions that are added automatically when creating a UX Action Configuration. (need to know how records are being added). The requirement is to hide all these buttons on a particular custom workspace without affecting the other workspaces. Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.

They are not added to your config per se but they are global and the related list uses a scripted relationship to show them on the form as they are global. You need to create an action exclusion for the global action assignments. From that related list navigate to each record and create the exclusion via the related list, there are plenty of pre-existing exclusions for various tables and views to use as a guide.
