My organization is converting our Onboarding LCE Case to Journeys. The Journey source is Lifecycle Events. The Journey Owner is the hiring manager, and can add mentors.
In our current LCE, managers are able to reassign tasks to a mentor via the portal view. Also, mentors are able to assign manager tasks to themselves via the portal view. This is necessary to support self service. Managers and mentors intentionally do not have access to the native UI in our organization.
I am testing this functionality in the Journey, and noticed I can assign multiple mentors, but cannot reassign any tasks. If I impersonate as the mentor, I am able to view all tasks, but cannot assign any to myself. How can I configure the Journey to meet this need? We need them to be able to reassign tasks on the LCE, not just tasks from Journey templates.
