Allow watch list people to create incident tasks for a incident

Create an Ui action and on click of ui action a glide model should pop up containing multi variable set. That ui page should allow watch list people to create one or more incident tasks at once.

why would watch list people create bulk incident tasks?

Each incident task has it's own meaning.

each task will be same i.e. short description, assignment group etc?

Why not ask them to submit a catalog item with MRVS asking incident task details?

Once RITM is submitted parse that MRVS and create those many incident task records?
