i have requirement where  we need to allowing external users to custom servicenow portal to submit the ticket on portal.How can i achieve this .

if you are talking about snc_external users then I assume you are referring to Customer Service i.e. case contact users.

If yes then those external users can login and submit record producer/case via csm OOTB portal

Can you confirm what do you mean by external users, users with snc_external role or you would like to allow users to submit catalog form without login?

 

If you would like to allow users to submit catalog form without login then we need to have multiple configurations:

1. Add "public" to the "Available for" related list on Catalog Item.

2. Identify the Service Portal page where the catalog item is displayed and set page to Public.

3. Make related widgets as public.
