Almost blank incident form in service operations workspace

Hello All,

I would like to know why my incident page shows almost blank with minimum data.

I tried configuring form layout in service operations workspace view and still I cant see the fields.

In my other dev and test instances I can see details though.( in 2nd screenshot)

I'm facing the same problem。
Not only incident，change and  all other task base records shows blank as the pic you posted。。。

Hi, I raised a HI case and they said there was an older version which they upgraded and it works

I'm using an demo instance ...and can't raise a HI case...

Can you share the answer of the Hi CASE to me。。。。
