Alternative solution for Copy text values to Article Body(NoHTML) Business Rule

Hello Community - We have an, After (Insert/Update) Business Rule which removes HTML tags from Knowledge Article body.

Our BR is working fine but Knowledge Base versioning — for example, changing versions from 15.0 back to 1.0. Hence, we are looking for an alternate solution for the same.

Any leads/ideas will be highly appreciated.

Can you please elaborate on the specific issue .  Specifically this part "for example, changing versions from 15.0 back to 1.0" .
Also can you attach a screenshot of the business rule for reference as what you are doing
