Always Retain in skipped logs

Hi All,
we defined skipped rules on Form Layouts and Form Sections. based out of that after upgrade we got some logs like this with Resolution : Always Retain

Please suggest me here now do I have to take any action against it and Change Resolution to "Reviewed and Retained " ????

I know if I select "Reviewed and Retained " it will keeps my current customizations , what will happens if I select "Always Retain"

which is best solution in this kind of situations to keep my customizations as it is.

Always Retain simply means Keep My Modifications!!

"Always Retain" is not intended for skipped records. Rather, it is for the Skipped Record Rule.

If I use "Always Retain" in manually resolving skipped records, then nothing will happen. The skipped record will still appear on succeeding upgrades.

The "Always Retain" feature is part of the new "Skipped Record Rules" functionality, allowing you to set rules for skipped changes.

For example, if you don’t want to check changes on Form Layout, you can create a rule for 'type = form layout' and set it to 'always retain.' This ensures that even if forms are heavily modified, they won't cause issues during updates. You can add comments to easily find these changes during patches or upgrades, but they won't appear in your list of skipped changes to review. You can use "always retain" as a filter to mark them, but it won't affect the records or apply to future upgrades unless you create a specific rule for them.

In short, it helps you filter and manage skipped changes more easily.

Normally after upgrade when we gets skipped logs I  will mark them with  "Reviewed and Retains" to hold customizations.

but first time some logs I can see with "Always Retain". so then shall I keep the same value "Always Retain" as it is in "Resolution" field ?  Or Need to change them to "Reviewed and Retained " .
