Add a Stylized Text to your page.
Set the Text to "Inserted".
Tab out.
On the preview pane the text appears as "inserted". It remains as-is on the properties sheet.
It also does this with "Updated", but not "Update" or "Updates":
"Update" -> no change
"Updates" -> no change
"Updated" -> preview gets lowercased ("updated") on blur, but Text value remains as-is
"Insert" -> no change
"Inserts" -> no change
"Inserted" -> see "Updated"
