Hi,Can ServiceNow track ticket quality checks/audits?Our Service Desk would like to start quality auditing Incident and Request tickets and was wondering if there is a way.

There is no checklist provided  by ServiceNow, but you can give a try in Now Create which holds 100s of document assets , might be you get something.

We want the same thing and is very fundamental to the service that Service Desks provide to their customers !! I would love to see a Service Now solution versus us having to work outside Service Now to audit and track results.
