An unfamiliar Record in the Update Set

Hi there,

I would like to ask about an unfamiliar Record in the Update Set.

By what action is this record created?

Is it OK that I DELETE this Record?

The details are as follows.

・Type: Choice list 

   (Ｉdidn’t create Choice list manually.)

・Target name: Risk.Domain area

・In the same time, another Record is created. the Record type is Form Layout and Target name is Risk.

If you have any knowledge or idea, could you please share it with me?

Hi @Community Alums , 

Check the created by user name, if it is on your name then check at the same time which object you created, It might be part of some other object you created.

It looks, there is new record created ( or updated ) and captured in active update set, If you dont recognize this change, you can move this object from current update set to some temporary update set ( or Scope's Default )
