We have around 2 lac incidents but only 150 knowledge articles. Knowledge management is not used much.
We are looking for strategies to create more articles based on repeat incidents etc
Q - is there any way to find out the repeat incidents so that we can create articles for them?

Hi @Suggy
If PI is not available, the analysis will have to be done manually. You can export the data into an Excel sheet and search using different keywords in the short description, or filter by category, subcategory, or resolution code. This approach can help you identify patterns and insights manually.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
