It is already on Admin. Should I give up instance and start all over?

Hi @Canditj then try to log out and log in, if not helpful. Release that instance and request a new one, unless you have there any progress (make backups if yes)

Hi! Yes...I did that a bit ago and that did work. I had to get a new instance. I'm working on it now and happily building a mobile app. Thank you all for the suggestions.
