app server can't connect to DB

Hi all!

Our app server cannot connect to the database and throws this error:

no database connection pool available for name glide

 

Did any of you encounter a similar error? how did you solve the problem?

Create a Support Case, should have Priority 1 since the instance is unusable. (If not a PDI.)

It is very specific if you are on client instance better to log a HI case.
