Approval getting attached at the time of RITM getting attached to request

Hi,

When the request is submitted for catalog item, there is a user approval getting attached in request table which is not configured in flow. Can someone suggest what might be the cause.

Hello @Pal777 
There is a OOB workflow will run for the request  "Service Catalog Request" and if  request has been created 
and also check other workflow and flow designer that will runing for the cataloge request.

Hi @Pal777 

 

OOTB any approval triggered on REQ because there is a worflow written on "sc_req" . If price is greater than 1000 the approval will trigger on Request,

It looks like the approval for your request might be triggered by a workflow associated with the Request table. To verify this, you can open the workflow in your instance using the following link:

`https://<yourInstanceName>.service-now.com/workflow_ide.do?sysparm_nostack=true&sysparm_use_polaris=false`

 

Just replace `<yourInstanceName>` with your instance name, and it should take you directly to the workflow editor. Once there, check for any approval-related activities that may be configured within the workflow.
