The service catalog the customer wants is when requested will trigger 1st layer of approval from 2 manager >> task >> then 2nd layer of approval from 2 manager again >> then 3rd layer of approval from Unit head.
So, there's 3 layers of approval from 3-4 different manager.
Now they want the approvers' title/role or a least what approval stage is the request on to display on the RITM related list approval tab. Anyone know how can i achieve adding labels to each approval stage. Thanks in advance!
