Has anyone found a way of displaying limited details on what an approvers are approving in say a My Approvals list view. Always getting feedback back that they would like to know in summary what the approval is for without having to drill into the actual approval itself.

Hi @Andy Foster ,
ServiceNow has limitation here we can not display summary in list view but same can be view in form level. You have to educate your approver that it is always advisable to approve the record while going in form view. If you already know what you are approving for then approve it from list.

This is something I wish we'd improve. People have been complaining that Approvals aren't a rich enough experience for about 15 years now. I know WHY its difficult to improve. I'm also of the opinion that its worth it.
